Carriage Auctions in Pennsylvania
Our large two-day auctions of Coaches, Carriages, Sleighs, Appointments and Antiques are events you don’t want to miss!
Each spring and fall we conduct auctions in Pennsylvania at the Lebanon Fairgrounds (www.lebexpo.com). These auctions typically draw 400+ horse-drawn coaches, carriages, and sleighs, and several thousand lots of horse-related equipment, agricultural items, equine collectibles and various antiques.

Friday’s Auction
Held inside a 30,000 square-foot building, two lively auctions run simultaneously part of the day. Everything selling Friday is pre-consigned and catalogued.
Just sit back and relax in our reserved seating or bleacher area and get ready to bid as each item is brought across the auction block. After each item is sold, it is placed in a secure area until purchases are paid.
- Main auction ring: Coaches, carriages and sleighs followed by wheeled miniatures and fine appointments. Fine appointments include carriage lamps, harness, whips, top hats, bowlers, lap robes, horns and many other fine horse related collectibles. This session is reserved for higher quality appointments.
- Second auction ring: Coaching & driving glassware, pictures, prints, and books followed by antiques & collectables.
Saturday is “The Field Day”
Outdoors and under a tent, up to six auctioneers sell simultaneously throughout the day. Bring lots of friends to help with the bidding!
The day starts with rows of horse drawn carriages, sleighs, and wagons. At the same time selling begins in the field rows with antiques, farm machinery and equipment, carriage & wagon parts, non-horse related items & collectibles and continues through the day. Trucks and trailers sell at noon.
Mid-morning, several auctioneers get underway with our tent sessions including riding and driving equipment, tack, horse related items, livery, and western memorabilia along with a large selection of saddles, harness, and harness parts.
FOOD, FOOD, FOOD!
Lebanon Expo Food Service offers a complete line of concession foods all day Friday and Saturday.

Buyers are encouraged to preview and inspect consignments, which are available during receiving times. All items sold “AS IS - WHERE IS” with no guarantees expressed or otherwise.
